Contents: First part from 19.30 to 20.30:

Posture and balance exercices

Improve muscle core strength

Exercising all muscle groups slowly and deeply

Use of small accessories such as gym balls and sticks

Second part from 20.30 to 21.00:

Stretching and relaxation combined with breathing exercices


When the weather allows it, the lesson is sometimes replaced by a walk

in the contryside around Anières, a beautiful village on the Left Bank of Lake Geneva


Who is it for: We are a mixed-gender group and enjoy our sports lesson in a friendly atmosphere.

Apart from the lessons, we meet several times a year for outings.


When: Every Tuesday from 7.30 p.m. to 9 p.m. (except school holidays)

Where: Salle Communale, Route de la Côte d'Or, 1247 Anières

Price: CHF 240.-- per year, trial lesson free

Equipment: Sport shoes (trainers), a towel and a small bottle of water
